疏松砂岩地层出砂对套管损坏的研究

以东濮凹陷文明寨油田历年井况调查的套管损坏资料为依据，在对出砂油井套管损坏形态、层位与射孔状况、岩石性质等因素进行综合分析基础上，对疏松砂岩出砂、上覆岩层坍塌等主要方面导致的套管受力变形进行研究，为探讨防治措施提供依据。     

冶金结合复合钢管研制和应用

介绍了一种新的冶金结合复合钢管制造工艺及工业应用情况.该制造工艺采用不锈钢薄钢带连续自动成型焊接成不锈钢焊管作覆层管,通过在覆层管和碳钢基管间放置钎料,在惰性气体保护下,经连续感应加热复合而成.该工艺可使不锈钢覆层很薄,从而降低材料成本.性能检测及工业应用表明,该复合管各项性能指标达到了美国API 5LD规范要求,且经济效益和社会效益显著.     

80%莠灭净水分散粒剂的配方

采用了挤压造粒的加工工艺对高含量莠灭净固化新剂型WG(水分散粒剂)进行了研制,尤其对该制剂中的润湿剂、悬浮分散剂、粘结剂和崩解剂的种类及用量进行了筛选,并对该制剂的润湿、崩解、悬浮等性能进行了检测,根据试验结果得到了由2%的烷基萘磺酸钠、4%的马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物钠盐、3%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2.5%的可溶淀粉、83.3%的莠灭净原药(含量为96%)和适量膨润土等组成的较佳配方,该产品的悬浮率在90%以上,崩解时间在1min以内,在(54±2)℃下贮存4周后的分解率小于5%,各项性能指标均符合水分散粒剂的要求。     

Ultra-high pressure sterilization of powdery food stuff—a new application of a roller compactor

A new non-heating technique was developed for the sterilization of food stuff. Applying a roller compactor, ultra-high pressure sterilization has experimentally demonstrated its ability to sterilize dry powders, such as corn flour and Chinese herbs, with little quality deterioration. Also, the degree of food sterilization was found correlated well with the linear press forces between the rollers, roller gaps, and number of compaction passes. In comparison to the conventional high pressure sterilization technique, the new dry continuous processing method has the advantage of lower investment cost and is more versatile for sterilizing various food powders.

Open loop wind turbine emulator

A new wind turbine emulator (WTE) is presented, which is able to simulate the turbine power curves without using a closed loop control system. The state of the art emulators use DC or AC motors, closed loop controlled by processors with the turbine power curves recorded. The presented emulator has a DC voltage source, a power resistor and a DC motor with independent excitation. The motor power curve has a shape similar to a wind turbine power curve for a given wind speed; the wind speed variations can be emulated by the variations of the DC voltage source. The open loop emulator is completely different and new, because it works in open loop and does not require the presence of a processor.The following elements are included: the theoretical foundations of the emulator, the emulator power curves adjustment procedure to simulate a commercial wind turbine and the experimental tests.     

Experimental analysis of behavior and damage of sandwich composite materials in three-point bending. Part 2. Fatigue test results and damage mechanisms

The analysis of stiffness degradation and the identification of damage mechanisms during and after fatigue tests of sandwich panels with PVC foam cores have been performed. The sandwich panels with cross-ply laminates skins made of glass fiber and epoxy resin were manufactured by vacuum moulding and subjected to three-point bending tests. Two PVC cores of similar type but with differing densities were investigated. The effect of core density and thickness on the damage behavior was highlighted. Using the cyclic life criterion, fatigue curves were plotted according to two models and compared with those of the literature. It has been demonstrated that the sandwich SD 2, with the higher core density, withstands a higher load and possesses greater rigidity in static tests, combined with an enhanced fatigue resistance, when compared to sandwich SD 1 which has a lower core density. 由IETF最年轻的工作组之一的SIP(session initiation protocol)工作组发布的SIP相关标准已经成为通信和网络界的研究热点.目前SIP工作组发表的协议和草案超过30个,除了核心协议以外,其他协议涵盖QoS、安全、消息头和方法扩展、与PSTN等其他协议的互操作性、穿透防火墙和NAT、应用、多消息体、即时消息等诸多话题,其最终目标是为所有Internet成功的应用提供无所不在的接入,成为联系Internet和电信、多媒体的媒介.对SIP标准中的核心技术和研究进展进行了综述.着重介绍了以上SIP相关标准及应用中的核心技术和相关领域最新的研究动态,并指出了进一步的研究方向和应用前景.     

复式布料系统生产线的方案设计及其评价

以复式布料系统为对象，对生产线布局进行分析和研究。在对昨式布料系统生产线各个工位进行模块划分的基础上，按照基本模块进行组合的方式，提出一组结合生产实际的布局方案，并根据布料系统的技术特性，产生3类初步布局方案作为具体可行方案群，在此基础上介绍了对多方案进行评价和选优的相关系数法基本算法；最后利用面向对象的分析和技术，设计出相应的软件。
